In addition to SouthEast Water’s actions, we have installed temporary toilets in the towncentre and set up an additional bottled-water station at the Amelia Scottto help meet immediate needs.
Our priority remainsthe health and wellbeing of our community, and we are working with allagencies to explore every practical solution. We will continue to shareupdates on our website and across our social media channels as soon asnew information becomes available.

Supporting localbusinesses
TheRTW Together Business Improvement District and Visit Tunbridge Wells areplanning campaigns to encourage customers to support local businessesaffected by the water outage and subsequent closures. This will includeencouraging customers to purchase e-vouchers and visit the places thatwere closed.
Ifyou are a Royal Tunbridge Wells business, please let the BID know of anye-vouchers, offers or other promotions available to customers by taggingthem in your social media posts.
Ifyou are a business affected by the water outage, outside of the BID area,please send this information to visit@tunbridgewells.co.ukand we will do our best to help promote your offers to the town. Theseareas include St John’s, High Brooms, North Farm and Pembury.
