CAR PARK CHARGES: £3 per vehicle per night or day. Add & pay directly  when selecting your room. First come first serve basis. Complimentary parking is available along the neighbouring roads.

PET CHARGES: Only £ 20 per pet per night or day. Please bring your own bedding for your pet.

WI-FI: Free complementary Wi-Fi is available. Select BT_Guest_Wi-Fi

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your full booking may be refunded or the first night depending upon the circumstances.

RECEPTIONIST: IF 24HRS RECEPTIONIST IS NOT AT THE DESK. PLEASE USE INTERCOM AT RECEPTIONIST DESK TO CALL HIM OR HER

EARLY CHECKING IN FEES: From 11am to 15:00hrs fees of £30 applies. From mid night to 11am, price of a full night applies. 

LATE CHECKING OUT FEES: From 11am to 13:00hrs a fee of £10 applies. After 13:00hrs  check out, price of a full night applies.

NONE PAYMENT OF SERVICES AFTER USE : Interest of 9 % will apply upon the total you owed (i.e), room(s) cost, car parking, breakfast, drink(s) and any other services used while your stay with us.


SUPERMARKET & SHOPS:

Tesco closes at 11pm ( Monday to Saturday & 5 pm Sunday ) and Esso Garage with Morrison mini supermarket is 24hrs, 3 minutes drive up the road.
